When I arrived at the location minutes later, she was clearly and patiently helping train another employee. She then talked me through hooking up to read the stored code from a check engine light. This person was kind, patient and clearly knows her stuff! As I explained what I have gone through so far with this recurring error code, she asked all of the questions (and knew what she was talking about). She asked every question that my regular mechanic had already asked/addressed (plugs? coils? Pcv valve?) I applaud her knowledge. Unfortunately, I'm in dealership hands now (bc of possible warranty coverage) but her reading the code make me feel more confident when I go back to the dealer...again.

The clear coat finish on my car hood is damaged. He willingly provided feedback and advice on next steps. I should have come here way sooner! In the end, his store didn't have the product I needed in stock (but he sent me down the street where they have it at another Advance store). My point is, he didn't financially benefit from giving advice. I will come here next time I need something. Thanks so much, Fred.
