I love this car, and have sent several people to talk to Bonnie about purchasing a Subaru. Routine maintenance is done annually, with no problems. Last fall I purchased new tires and struts. What a good ride. Just recently I took it in for this year's check and tires rotated. Easy to schedule, service writer is patient and explained everything. Out in a reasonable amount of time. Comfortable waiting area. This is the place to purchase and service a Subaru!

They quoted about an hour for the service, and that’s exactly how long it took—no surprises. While I waited, I relaxed in the lobby, watched some TV, grabbed a few snacks, and even chatted with a couple of the sales guys, which made the time go by quickly. I also had a $10 off coupon that pretty much covered the sales tax, so that was a nice bonus. Overall, smooth, straightforward service and no complaints from me. Would definitely come back.
