Asked could I have it moved back to Friday morning since I’ll be leaving back to Texas on Friday. They told me no, so I politely said “have a nice day”then hung up the phone. I didn’t see the need to further the conversation nor to be disrespectful to the workers. I just don’t understand how if I volunteered to take my care to the shop, to have it worked on, what in the world does it matter if it’s raining?! The shop has a roof, so why does that matter?

The technician who replaced my windshield yesterday was not only late but also damaged my windshield trim without informing me. It is frustrating that I received numerous reminders about my appointment, yet when I needed assistance, no one was available. My appointment was scheduled for 8am, but the technician arrived after 1pm. To add insult to injury, the technician broke the trim around my window and did not mention it. I have managed to contact someone and have scheduled a follow-up appointment for Thursday at 8am.
