Everything from the device, to the service is horrible. Also they charge your card whenever they want, they don’t follow their own payment schedules. I’ve had to deal with this for almost a year and you can’t even take it out because they charge $300 just for that. ITS A SCAM , DO NOT FALL FOR IT
