"Did you make an appointment?" No she can't make an appointment when the tire goes flat while she's in school. They have been rude when she does call. Asked them to check all her tire pessues after doing a repair, which was flat the next day again, and they did not. She's been there (Hays) twice in a week and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I honestly miss the quickness/kindness of getting in and when Peerless was the name!
