If I went in asking for tires, the person would have told me the total cost and explain the added cost besides the tires. This was not done until after the tires were put on. The added cost was just as much as the cost of the tires. You know there will be other fees, but not $180 more. They added on a $40 tire insurance without asking if that was what I wanted. Will not be going back. Not upfront/transparent about total costs. Yes I could have asked before had, but since I haven’t bought tires in years and inflation, I did not think to ask. It was a shock. Fortunately I was able to cover the cost.
