At 7:45 pm huddle house was closed while the employees sat on their hind ends milking the clock for hours. The pilot employees say that they are closed more than they are open and they do this all the time.

However, when I entered the code and tried to enter the shower, I discovered that someone was already inside. I then approached a female employee, who in turn contacted the manager. The manager was lying in a massage chair, casually relaxing, not even looking at the customer, and speaking with an attitude — almost as if doing a favor by even listening. Meanwhile, I was waiting — and this raises the question: what kind of manager cannot resolve a simple issue, cannot offer an apology, and chooses to lounge in a massage chair during work hours like a king, while the customer is left waiting like a servant? I never received the shower I reserved and was ultimately forced to leave.
