I took my license up to the desk and asked the employee if there was anything I needed to be an authorized driver, he said no and HANDED me the keys directly. Now there was an accident but the insurance won't cover because the employee lied. I have been trying to reach regional management and no word back from them either. Be careful because they will lie to you and you will be held accountable rather than using the insurance you pay for.
