- WLWes Lawrence4 days ago2.0I usually stop at this Valvoline on Quivira Road but I will not be coming back the manager that was on duty she was not professional at all she was yelling at one of her employees telling them to clock out and go home and proceeded to get on her phone and call someone and start waving around and yelling not professional at all and I asked him to check my tires and because of all the commotion with her the employees stopped working and check only one of my tires so I still left with my tire sensor going off will not be coming back to this one again

- GBGreg BiersmithApr 10, 20261.0A COMPLETE FAIL! Managers Lauren and Victoria were useless. My car was damaged during servicing and the Valvoline shop tried to conceal the damage from me. While driving a crashing, scraping noise was heard and I pulled over to inspect. The shop had apparently lost the bolts to the "skid plate" and used plastic zip ties to secure it. The car needed to be towed. Repair has yet to start. Between the shop Manager's awful customer service and the 800 Customer Service line fails, ineptness rules! DO NOT PATRONIZE!
