- RMRyan MahoneyMar 31, 20265.0QuikTrip needs someone to do a study. That place is completely underrated part of my day and our society. The employees are always all over it. Even at 6 AM, the enthusiasm from their people is off the charts. They have a thousand micro-interactions a day and they still smile every time. They clean the place like they personally own it. I know they are getting paid, but other employers don't get that level of investment from their people. Are they paying them on a commission for surfaces cleaned? How do I get that level of give-a-damn in my classroom? I'd honestly read a book about it.

I'd say 9 times out of 10 I have to go in to get my receipt. I rarely have to do this with other locations. I guess I need to start avoiding this location and go next door to Hy Vee.
