    Don’t go here. I went here back in November for an oil change. One it took well over an hour for a simple oil change and it was expensive. And now come to find out months later when i go somewhere else to get it done, they had overfilled it and it was causing my rpms to fluctuate.

    Terrible customer service and I never made it into the building. I sent in an estimate over the weekend for their services and was sent a email that I’d get a call when they are open on Monday. I didn’t receive a call in the morning so I called them instead on Monday when they were open and was told they were too busy (“elbow deep in a car right now”) so they’d call me back. Cool, makes sense, but I, again, never received any response or callback. Today, when contacted them for the third time now, whoever answered the phone had an attitude problem, and wouldn’t listen to me about the services I was asking for, nor explain anything to me about the pricing range because it’s over the phone. He also added they probably didn’t call me back yesterday because I was asking for pricing over the phone (not because they were busy like the other guy originally stated) and didn’t want to give out a price range without seeing the car, which is understandable, but are you honestly telling me that there isn’t even a minuscule amount of money that I would need for the simplest version of this job all the way up to replacing everything? Cause that’s literally all I was asking for, so if/when I do come in, I’m not empty handed and wasting their time by even being in the lobby. I mean, that’s the whole reason you’re able to take these types of calls and make appointments because not everyone is able to just come sit down and wait on their vehicle!! Look if you don’t wanna take my money and would rather send me somewhere else, that’s fine, but you don’t have to be rude to me because you’re possibly behind at work or having a bad day. I’m a paying customer who also works in the automotive industry looking for help with my car so I don’t know where or what the issue is with this staff (both on 3/16 around 12:30 and 3/17 at 11:30) but I will never spend another cent on any Jiffy Lube based on their rudeness and unwillingness to help or even spend 5 minutes on the phone with a potential customer. Thanks for the lack of professionalism and information.
