After multiple stops, we landed at the Enterprise on Metcalf, where Michael, the manager, truly went the extra mile. Despite our insurance being difficult about vehicle classification, Michael personally advocated on our behalf, even speaking directly to them. When our insurance still pushed back, Michael took charge and ensured we were taken care of. His professionalism and dedication stood out, and because of him, we will now be using Enterprise as our primary rental car company, replacing other competitors we’ve used for business multiple times a year. Michael absolutely deserves recognition!
