I showed up to pick up my car at 1:33pm after having selected 12:00pm OR LATER on their website for booking, got a confirmation call last week, told them I’d be there. Got a million text messages and email confirming my booking after the phone call, I showed up AND THEY DON’T HAVE ANY CARS TO RENT!!! I have a work trip I have to leave for at 6am tomorrow! I made this reservation a month ago, and the employees were no help whatsoever besides telling me that no Enterprise locations on the Kansas side have cars for rent. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Alex Schofield, the branch manager, went above and beyond to help get us into a car that worked for us. My co-driver for our trip is quite short and Alex and his associate took great care in making sure she would be comfortable driving the vehicle they put us in. That kind of concern and care earns my repeat business. Thanks guys.
