I then went to Valvoline right down the street and they completed the oil change without any issues and had me in and out quickly. They also took the time to explain that skid plates are normal on many vehicles and simply need to be removed or adjusted to access the drain plug. The technician walked me through what they were doing and clarified why it wasn’t a major issue. For European cars I definitely recommend this place.

He worked very methodically through all parts of the appointment and did a timely and efficient job. He was very respectful and I stilled confidence that the job was being done right.
