Of course they're closed on Sundays but the gents at valvoline had no issues inspecting the job and identifying that the issue was the previous shop didn't clean up after themselves. They pointed out that my coolant was overfilled and needed to have some drained. I blame the dealership for doing that, and these guys caught their mess up. So im gonna go in and sit in the parking lot for 30min or so to cool my engine off so they can vent the radiator. And because of that, i need the back differential lube change since its been 50000mi since my last one. Im willing to wait for all this on my day off because of their honesty. Im not gonna listen to a review where someone gave them 1 star and complained on having to wait. If u have to wait, its worth it. If u want to complain about waiting and need to be somewhere, get up earlier and plan ur day around playing on your phone and looking for thumbs ups so u can respond. Turn ur phone off, sit back and let these guys do their job, enjoy the day and thank them for being car doctors.

I showed up about 3 minutes before opening for an oil change and they opened the doors a little early to get me in—huge plus. James helped me and was fantastic: friendly, efficient, and kept me informed the whole time. I was in and out quickly, my Jeep’s running great, and the whole experience was smooth. Me and my Jeep are happy! I’ll be returning for my scheduled maintenance.
