- WPWilliam PhelanOct 18, 20251.0QT is going down hill fast. Mostly because of inconsiderate customers which admittedly is out of their control. But they do nothing to curb those customers who are the problem. I remember when QT's had spotless stores, today they're filthy. Customers just spilling drinks all over counters, parents not controlling children, they're robotic death trap of a floor cleaner randomly wrecking havoc by being unleashed on the store at the busiest times of the day. It's rediculce and preventable if only they would put customer service back ahead of profits. Products constantly out of stock, deteriorating product quality and poor attention to detail will br there demise. I can't remember the last time an associate counted back change to me, that WAS something QT was known for...NOT ANYMORE. To be clear, I'm calling out virtually all locations on the KS side of the metro KC area. It's the same at all of the stores I visit. It's not a SINGLE store issue it's a REGIONAL store problem that needs to be fixed. I could go on but it's doubtful anything will be done. BYE BYE QT.

Twice it's been messed up. Typically order the BEC croissant. First time, they put sausage on it instead. Second time, no bacon or meat at all and didn't notice until I got to work with no time to return and fix it
