    Asked salesman (Jonah Fuehring) for pictures of any dings of the car before I make a 5 hour drive down to pick up the car. Sends a few pictures, once I get to the dealership I immediately see about 10 paint chips, gash in the bumper, and not to mention car was sold to me with a faulty motor mount and broken motor mount bracket. The guy in the service department (Zach) was extremely disrespectful and had a horrible attitude. I would never purchase a vehicle from them or recommend anyone to buy one from them.

    Sad. We absolutely love our Volvo XC90 however the service department has made it easy to choose to never own one again. We were fleeced by the service writer and mechanic thinking we could actually trust them. Really disappointed. After taking our car to an independent shop our issues were taken care of for literally thousands less. Our list of horrible customer service is long, be on guard to question any repairs or estimates.

    I cannot say enough about my experience at Premier Volvo! My city does not have a Volvo dealership so I had to travel a couple of hours to go to a certified dealer. After talking to several within a couple hours of me, I chose Premier due to the responsiveness of their team, and I am so glad I did! I purchased a certified pre-owned Volvo XC90, and I worked with Corie. She was so helpful and wonderful! I traded in my Subaru, and got a very fair price for it. As I was leaving with my new car, I noticed one of my charging ports was not working, and they immediately pulled it into service, and when they realized they couldn’t get it fixed that day, they sent me home (3 hours away) in a new loaner vehicle and delivered my vehicle to Me (3 hours away!) once fixed at no cost. Incredible customer service, and I LOVE my Volvo! Will definitely buy here again when the time comes!

    I can’t say enough good things about Premier Volvo! After visiting two other Volvo mechanics who couldn’t figure out the issue, Premier was able to get me in immediately and fix the problem on the spot. Their service team is efficient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. A special shoutout to Zach, my service advisor — he was absolutely top-notch. Professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and expertise these days. Highly recommend Premier Volvo to anyone needing honest and reliable service. They’ve definitely earned my business going forward!

    In the past, my experience with Volvo has been good. I even wrote a great review in the past. Recently, however, my experience has changed my view. After taking my car in to be assessed after hitting a dead deer on the highway, I was informed of the fix which seemed accurate and acceptable. After approving the fix and cost, another issue was found with a “bent rod”. That sounded reasonable for what happened, so the repair and additional cost was approved. Suddenly, the next day, the steering knuckle bolts were stripped trying to get to the bent rod. I was told I would be responsible not only for the stripped bolt but the entire steering knuckle which added an additional $1000 to costs. My son-in-law has extensive knowledge of cars. He called Premier Volvo to question why I am being charged for the mistake of a technician. The customer service person, Andre, admitted someone there stripped the part, but I have to pay for the fix because it was an “unforeseen event” and it was necessary to get to the bent part. I emailed the general manager questioning this practice of charging the customer for the damage made by an employee, but did not get a response. I was told by Andre that he would discuss my frustration and unhappiness with my treatment with the service manager. I was NOT contacted by the general manager nor the service manager. I feel my concerns were swept under the rug. While Premier Volvo could care less that I purchased my car there and I have had it serviced there for the past 3 years as a faithful and valued customer, I am a drop in the bucket to their business. Additionally, I was unable to get a 2nd opinion at this point. Obviously I will no longer allow Premier Volvo to service my car. I will not consider purchasing a car from them since no one cared enough to attempt to rectify the situation. I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Andre who was dishonest and attempted to pacify me with standard “Pat answers”. He was aware I am a widow and unfamiliar with the inner workings of a car. That is not a company nor service person who exemplifies high standards in the treatment of a customer who questions integrity. I am saddened I was given no options. This speaks volumes for character and once again affirms the cliche, “don’t take your car to a dealership.” Honestly, I’m also mad at myself for allowing myself to be taken advantage of as well as not listening to others. I kept telling my family I trusted Premier Volvo to not do me wrong. I learned a hard financial lesson.
