Our experience wasn’t particularly memorable, exceptional or what I would consider a “luxury” purchasing experience from a luxury vehicle brand. Honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. Our car salesmen, Brett, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient mostly. Apparently when he went to his manager to discuss our needs, he told us he was yelled at by his manager, which I didn’t think was professional. When the manager did come to speak w us he was very helpful. The contract coordinator/finance manager, Elvers, was particularly condescending/belittling even when he was talking on the phone to our sales consultant. It was mediocre to fairly terrible customer service. Overall, I am enjoying my new vehicle though.

Thanks to Ryland and Andrew over the years (5 * for them). That other guy well, he cost you a customer. I waffled between 2 or 3 stars. I was there enough times to see that people with newer Volvos are treated decent, and it wasn't necessarily a poor experience each time I had to bring the car in.
- CWChris WaltonNov 21, 20251.0Went in with with engine and transmission problems. Left with engine and transmission problems still. I was told they couldnt find what I was telling them. So nothing they can do. Yet the previous owner stated she was having the same problems. And they had record of that in there notes from when she owned the car. The car has 60k miles with perfect service history. Yet when it's time to fix a problem and it's covered under warranty they can't find nothing. Service advisor act as though you are a inconvenience to them . I'm in the same field as they are. I would have loved to kept the car but unfortunately I sold it and would never deal with Volvo again. Thank you guys.
