    I scheduled to get a moving truck on Monday, they didn't have it at the Home Depot for whatever reason. They THEY rescheduled me with a time they had available. I get to home depot STILL no truck. Called the number home depot gave me, they had no 'excuse' or reason why no truck was there when THEY made the arrangements to do so. A waste of my time for sure and will never use them again.

    8/1 truck reservation made a month ago. We’re here, truck isn’t. So much for that ‘guarantee’. Here’s one for anyone at Penske reading this: I guarantee I won’t be reserving with you guys again.

    Horrible customer service. I had my truck reserved for Sat morning at 8 am and when we got there there was no truck and they told us it would be there in 20 min, this was frustrating enough. There were 2 others waiting on their rental truck too that was reserved for 8 am so we all shared our frustrations. We spoke to the Home Depot employees and they stated that this happens ALL the time (this is not Home Depot's fault, it's 100% Penske's.) Long story short, we had to make MULTIPLE calls to Penske's local number and corporate number to try to figure out where my truck was- each time over a period of 2 hours they stated it was only a few minutes out. I guess they have no sense of time or understanding of where their vehicles are located. It finally showed up at 10 am (and so did the other guy's truck), 2 hrs later than I had reserved. One of the Home Depot employees informed us that the Sat prior, there were 11 reservations but only 3 trucks showed. Shame on you, Penske. The truck itself was in good shape and the move went well, but only after MUCH frustration and many calls. So much for beating the summer heat that morning. Next time, I will be sure to rent from Uhaul since this is a common occurrence. Again, this was at no fault to Home Depot, their customer service was excellent.

    Truck didn't show, had to cancel. Move ruined. Staff are douchebags​.
