    Service Review: Simple Oil Change (Highly Dissatisfied)I visited this Jiffy Lube location solely because I had a gift card, and based on this experience, I will actively choose competitors in the future. What should have been a 15-minute express service turned into a 45-minute ordeal, split into a 30-minute wait and 15 minutes of service time.The core issue was a profound lack of respect and professionalism from the staff, which created an extremely adversarial experience. When I politely attempted to decline the standard air filter check, the employee's response was, "You can't stop me from doing my job," and proceeded with the check anyway. This same dismissive attitude was repeated when a different technician attempted to clear my vehicle's maintenance light without asking, giving the identical response: "can't stop me from doing my job."The staff consistently prioritized "doing" over "asking," including attempting to check the cabin filter (which I had already declined) and opening doors without consent to check manufacturer recommended pressures. This created a hostile environment where customer input was actively ignored.The checkout process was equally frustrating, as employees struggled to process a gift card balance, making unnecessary comments and adding complexity to a simple transaction.Most concerningly, since leaving the appointment, my tire pressure warning light has turned on. These were new tires installed only a month ago, and this issue arose immediately after the Jiffy Lube appointment, suggesting a failure in basic service checks. Every item touched or attempted by the staff resulted in an issue, either with vehicle status or customer interaction. I am highly dissatisfied with the service, attitude, and follow-up quality.

    Keenan and Shawn are top notch. Stand up employees. And gentlemen at that. These guys treated us like family. And made a permanent return customer of my mother and I because of that. You can make a buck off of any one! But if you make us feel like family I can guarantee I’m gunna be loyal for life. And that’s what Shawn and Keenan did for us. Quality work, and extremely pleasant and patient service for us.
