- CSCat Von SJan 1, 20265.0I was in a very hard spot. My truck broke down & I needed a rental. No matter where I called or who I talked to I couldn't get a rental in the entire area. Will actually listened to me and took my reservation for a car instead of just canceling it like other places in the area. When repairs on my truck ended up taking longer and longer, all of the gentlemen at this location truly cared about what I was going through & kept cheering me on. Finally after a month in the shop, my truck was fixed and the guys at Enterprise were just as excited as I was. Yes, I know they are paid to do their jobs but, these guys at this location made sure I could still get to work when others turned me away. They were never negative about it and I really felt like they were above and beyond in customer service. When I need a rental in the future I will only be going to this location for a rental.

Will not be coming back here.
