They've always been honest, provided an understandable breakdown of what needs done. In 2024, I hit a deer and my insurance preferred shop had no idea why it continued to leak coolant for over a year, fan run high and loud with temp light coming on occasionally. Chad and Jordan stuck to it and figured it out-slow leak that was going to be an add'tl $6k putting my jeep in total loss status. It's a stressfull situation when you know somethings wrong with your vehicle and one shop says we're stumped but not Burnett. Thank you and I will be a customer as long as I am within an hour of this location.
