  A local family member highly recommended this place to me after my car broke down while I was briefly visiting Overland Park. I took my car here based solely on my family member's word, and it was the best choice. I night dropped my vehicle, and these guys texted right at 7am the next morning upon opening, letting me know that my car would be fixed that same day. And it was! Very quick and efficient. My car legitimately runs even smoother than it did before it had even broken down. The prices are totally fair, too. Very honest and genuine staff!

  We just moved to OP and I am so grateful to Burnett automotive. Had some issues with my car and took it to Firestone. They quoted me 1800 bucks before they even addressed the real issue which was a shaky steering wheel. Decided to get a second opinion and I'm so happy I did! I didn't need any of the work done Firestone claimed was necessary. I would have spent over 2k at Firestone on frivolous repairs. Burnett handled my shaky steering wheel, washed my car, and topped off all my fluids. Epitome of above and beyond! I will be a lifelong customer! Thank you!!

  I’ve come to this location for several years and I always feel confident in what they tell me and they aren’t trying to gauge me for extra costs. My favorite location even though there’s one closer to me, I feel like I get better communication and direct guidance here.
