- VVVixaniDec 31, 20255.0Had a dead battery a little over 2yrs ago and my brother-in-law recommended this place to get a new one. I paid for 3yr warranty on it, just in case. Battery died back on the 19th of Dec (cold day), so we took it back up to claim warranty on it for replacement. Worker there tested the old one and confirmed it was 0% - indeed dead; everything went smoothly getting a replacement. However, for future reference make sure to have even new batteries tested. Went home and put the new battery in and still was having issues with low power and battery save mode in car, as well as difficulty/delay in turning over. Took to mechanic and had negative terminal clamp replaced first as it was corroded from battery acid leaking. They tested the new battery to find it had a bad cell and only 10.7V output for vehicle. Went back to ask just for reimbursement for the additional cost of warranty, as the "new battery" was replaced by another at mechanic shop, and so it was disposed of already. The manager there instead contacted his DM and they gave me full what I paid for the original battery I bought 2yrs ago. All in - this review is to thank them for the excellent customer experience in correcting an issue. Best Regards!
