  Needed an oil change and called one place that couldn’t fit me in until the next week, so called Burnett’s in Overland Park. They had an opening at 1:00 pm that day. Took it in and was out just before 2:00pm. No 10 minute job! They took the time to do it right!

  They are extremely honest and don’t try to “sell” extras. They know why you come in for your appointment! Great service & they keep you updated on your service. I don’t go to my dealer for maintenance, I go to Burnett!

  Burnett Auto was friendly, understanding and thorough. Even though we were not able to pinpoint the issue their team tried multiple different methods and charged me a very fair price for multiple days of diagnostic testing.

  We were on for a 4 hour trip but one of our tires started vibrating after the first hour. We stopped at Burnett and without an appointment they had someone go to their warehouse to get the unusual sized tires we needed and installed them while we waited. Everyone was very nice and we really appreciated their help!
