  Zero stars. This part's store is only a few blocks from my house and I have avoided it for years. Cannot even remember why I hated this place so much the first time, but I have been committed to driving about 3 miles to the next nearest parts store. I recently needed some graphite for an ignition tumbler and thought I just pop into this store. The store was empty of customers, so I ask the employee at the cash register where I could find graphite. They told me I could find it on aisle 5 on the left hand side. I looked, and looked, and looked. Finally I ask an employee who was stocking things about 5 ft away and he told me they no longer carry graphite! An auto parts store that doesn't carry graphite. The first employee just blew me off and the second one exposed what a worthless auto parts organization this still is. My recommendation, go to any other store you can, Walmart probably has a better selection!

  A new battery was installed on my 2014 Ford Fusion here when other locations were saying they couldn't do it. I'm very grateful to the employee who helped. My anxiety was already through the roof today and he relieved a bit of it.
