- DRDonTray Robinson2 days ago1.0Arrived upon location and was deliberately bamboozled because it says 15 min oil changes we were there for an hour. Which was very not considerate other individuals in other bays were getting more attention than my wife was. Also they pulled out our air filter and didn’t even ask if we wanted to replace it. Heard a young lady and vigorously made a distraught face at the condition of the air filter. She just told the other tech to put it back in the housing and not even bring it up. So they literally lost on an addition to the sale. I have been in customer service and own my own business for Atleast 12 years the worst experience I ever had.

We brought them a pain in the butt BMW suv and they have gone above and beyond many time to help us with a difficult car. The manager and his team really have done all they can do for us and we really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Not fault of the tech, oil was somehow marked incorrectly. But it was cought and drained and filled with the correct oil. They were very nice and apologetic. All was good! I will keep going back. I would like to see coupons for deisel truck like there is for gas engines. It's kinda discriminating. But it was my choice to get a deisel. Keep up the good work.
- ATAlexander TurmacMar 29, 20265.0Even though they were very busy got in and out very quick. Very professional and moved around cars to make sure people got in, in the correct order. Some guests were mad they had to be moved and got cussed out but the team stayed focused.
