  Incredible wash, I was drying my car off when Bella came up to me and offered me a dash wipe (which I really needed). After I grabbed it from her she kindly asked how my day was and we had a great five minute conversation. I also saw her walking in the tall grass picking up trash which most people wouldn't do. She was really nice and makes me look forward to coming back because of the amazing customer service.

  Came today to clean mats/car and the wash itself is awesome! We had extra help from Kensley today in Olathe and she helped us operate the washer and even supplied us with wipes for the dash and an incense! We love our membership, highly recommended !!

  The best place to get your car washed! quick services and helpful workers. Bella was a very helpful worker when i visited she helped me find a few things i didn’t know before and kept great conversation, this is a very efficient place to get your car washed.

  Bella was so sweet. Ive been coming here for almost a year and she’s the first person that works there that has ever talked to me not only did she talk to me she complimented me. She was super nice and if I didn’t have a car wash subscription already she would be the reason I would get one there customer service is very few and far between so when somebody goes above and beyond, it absolutely needs to be recognized. Came back through again today and she recognized me and waived.

  I love coming to Tommy’s Express to get my car washed, but today my experience was even more pleasant thanks to Bella! She came up to me and not only asked how my day was going, but made sure I had everything I needed! It’s not every day your day is made by a stranger. I appreciate her making me feel like a valued customer.
