ADVICE: Get a quote and contact a mobile mechanic or use CHATGPT to make sure the price is accurate. Don’t let them rip you off.

But I have to commend the team at this jiffy lube for once again giving me unbelievably good service. Nicholas, Shannon and Jamie treated me like I was the only customer all day. They spent more time resolving an issue with an interior air filter, they worked diligently and were persistent and ultimately resolved the problem. Thank you all so much for the great job.
- CTchirping travelerMar 12, 20262.0I scheduled a coolant flush for my VW Beetle because the wrong coolant had previously been put in the system. When I dropped the car off, the purpose of the visit was specifically to correct that issue. The shop did perform the coolant flush, but when I asked afterward whether the correct VW coolant (pink) had been used, they told me they had filled it with standard green coolant instead. This was frustrating because the entire reason I brought the car in was to fix the coolant type. As a result, I ended up having to take the vehicle to the dealership to have the system flushed again and refilled with the proper coolant. I’m sharing this so other VW owners double-check what coolant is being used, since these vehicles require specific types. The staff were polite, but using the incorrect coolant on a VW after a flush is a pretty significant oversight.
