  I had a fantastic experience with Gerber. My car was damaged Thanksgiving weekend, and they were able to fix my car, figure out everything with insurance, and have it ready after only 2 weeks. They called me with updates every other day, and they were transparent and easy to work with. If my car is in an accident again, I’ll be sure to get it sent here.

  DO NOT recommend this location!! Jason is very unprofessional . If you want better customer service and treated equally go to their other locations

  I hydroplanned into a sign on the highway. I have Geico as my insurance company and during the claim process I choose Collision Works because they were the best rated partner that was close to my location. After 10 days of waiting and believing my car was being fixed I was advised it is total loss. They have parts included in the quote that have no damage to them and excessive labor hours, so now my 2018 Honda Civic is totalled. I didn't know I was taking her to her own funeral or I would have went else where. I'm sure they do great work but every car probably ends up total loss with their quotes...

  My insurance rep suggested this place out of a few that they work with and even though my vehicle was a loss the staff were very nice when I was on site. They answered all of my questions and were very polite and understanding. I hope to not need their service in the future but if I do this is where I will be taking my next vehicle.
