  I made a reservation to get a rental car and called the office to make sure that they had cars available to the Olathe Location on Santa Fe. A nice lady said yes they had cars and could honor my reservation for a full size vehicle. I drove 20 minutes to get to the Sante fe location and right when I am pulling in to the Enterprise location my phone rings and its a gentleman that says sorry but we are booked until Thursday (2 days later). I said I called in advance to check and was advised that I was good to go. The worker was rude and was like well sorry but we are booked and basically hung up on me. I will never use them again. Good luck if you do.

  Last year, 2025, I was the victim of a hit and run accident which completely destroyed my car 2 days before Christmas.i wasn’t hurt but couldn’t believe they just kept on driving.. I had full coverage but I had a had time getting a car before Christmas. Dalton, he store manager needs a raise. He and his staff went above and beyond, and worked with me completely on prices. This is the greatest, most compassionate team I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. Thank you all for your work!!

  Both rental cars we've gotten from Enterprise Olathe smelled like smoke. Not pleasant

  This place is the go to for rental cars we rented a 2025 Chrysler van and drove it to Florida and back with absolutely no issues. Wife was against a mini van but we are happy we went with one. The car was clean and very comfortable
