The workers were yelling at each other and you could tell they way it was happening they were not getting along. The female you put you in the system is not welcoming and very short. Clearly she does not like her job or is having a bad day. Very much lack of customer service overall. Price wise even with a discount it was more expensive than the last oil change I got at a dealership. I loved the upsell attempt, however given the lack of customer service I would not even remotely consider adding something on.

I waited 45 mins until my turn ONLY to be told they don’t have my oil type. I am like are you serious right now? I called before I came, waited all this time and now you tell me you don’t have my type of oil? She told me the oil type my car needs and what time we close today, she didn’t check if they had that oil in stock or not. What a complete waste of my only day off and she had no customer service, no hi hello or anything.
