- NMNicole MayfieldDec 22, 20255.0Just visited this Tommy’s car wash for the first time. I’ve been to others, but what an exceptional experience! Customer service is not dead. I pulled in and was greeted by a very friendly cashier. Then pulled through the car wash as expected. But as I was pulling out, an employee was cleaning on the outside of the building. She looked up, gave me a friendly wave and smile. I was completely caught off guard. Who does that anymore?! It turns out her name was Michayla. Then I pulled around to vacuum my car. Another employee was sweeping the area and gave me another friendly smile, and hello. I told her how impressed I was with how friendly everyone was! Bella went on to ask how my day was and what my plans were for Christmas. The personalization of the experience really was amazing. I truly think that customer service is going to be the big differentiator in businesses. People can get product and service anywhere, but the human interaction Is missing from so many places. Thank you, Tommy for Recognizing the importance of good service! And thank you to Bella and Michaela for brightening my day!!
