    Rachel was the nicest lady today for helping me take off a trailer hitch off the back of my car today! Just dove right to help without asking and even took it around to vacuum side for when i was done.

    Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had . I was charged $50 out of nowhere, months after signing up for a $9 membership. I went to the Overland branch for help — their team was excellent, respectful, and helpful. They offered a free wash and told me for the refund I’d need to visit the branch where I took the deal which is in Olathe . That’s where things went downhill. The manager at the Olathe branch didn’t even let me explain. She cut me off, said, “I’m not refunding you. Take the wash or I’ll call the cops,” then slammed the window shut. She was shockingly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. After I took the wash, I went back to ask for the wash kit . She ignored me and locked the car barrier, keeping me trapped. Ten minutes later, a police officer showed up. He was very nice , and asked me to leave because the branch “no longer wanted to do business with me.” I was never confrontational — I simply asked about a charge. I left shocked at how badly I was treated. I’ve cancelled my membership and will never return. Avoid this location at all costs. The manager should not be in a customer-facing role.
