  Absolutely terrible experience. Came in with a “tiny” chip, left with a broken windshield. There was no reason to put it on the machine, could have been easily filled.

  Great experience today - They replaced the windshield on my Jeep Gladiator. I walked in at 8AM with a few other people, it was not about who walked in the door first, they called by the cars in the parking lot. I had an appointment, and he took me in front of others, but it was a quick 20-second check in process. They were done about an hour later. They even took the time to reattach my dash cam mount which I thought I would have to replace completely. Staff were super nice and took the time to explain the calibration needed when the windshield is replaced. Waiting room was nice with plenty of plug ins and a two roller carts for people that want to work from the waiting room. They also had a supply of bottled water and Keurig drinks.

  I needed a new windshield and was worried about the cost and time to do the repair. I was pleased that I was able to have a technician come to my house and fix it the next day. All I had to pay for was my deductible and then safelight handled the rest with my insurance company. The customer service reps and the technician were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They had my windshield in stock and were able to do all of the programming accurately. I hope to not need to replace any more windshields, but more than likely I will. I won’t hesitate to reach out to them at all

  Hope you see this Monday, because that’s now when I’ll be in. I dropped off a company vehicle to have the windshield replaced, with a verbal confirmation between I and the front desk to leave the keys in the truck and LOCK IT. As I would be picking it up after hours. NEITHER of which was done and I showed up to an unlocked truck with over $40,000 worth of tools, and not to mention equipment and company/client information! With a lack of keys in it. This is time and fortunately for you, not a loss of my tools or equipment. I am beyond pissed and do not appreciate wasting my words, not to mention the lack of answering a phone during business hours after multiple attempts to verify keys would be left IN THE VEHICLE AND LOCKED. Let’s not mention that while the rear view mirror and ktag are placed properly, the dash cam has already fallen off the windshield. It hasn’t even been 2 days. Cheers.
