- SSScott ShannonJan 31, 20261.0What has happened to QT’s? Went to one on Saturday morning at 10:00. Every soft drink was out of service. EVERY soft drink. Free air… BROKE, out of service. Remember when QT use to be the best convenience store by far. Half the gas pumps not working. Sad very sad. QT is bottom on the barrel in the gas station world now.

The place is clean and organized they are always stocked up on what you need and the staff is always so friendly. Today in particular Jenna great care of me and went above and beyond when I messed up and order to the wrong location. She communicated with the other store and still got my food made so quick. Customer service at that level is what will make sure that I don't really stop at a gas station that is in a quick trip.
