One of the four technicians was the only one really working the other three were the goofing around laughing not being professional and I don't even know if they actually put the oil back in my truck or if they actually drained it, they spent more time laughing and choking around about other stuff that had nothing to do with work and were acting very professional, took me 2 hours just to get in the bay and that is ridiculous, and the one guy that kept calling Lopez was nothing but completely unprofessional and seemed to me like he was on some kind of substance. I will definitely never go back to this location and I am shocked that Jiffy Lube is being ran in this manner.

It was no problem for me but I appreciated the heads up. Once it was my turn he made sure I was taken care of properly and was super nice. All in all, it was a great experience!
