That being said, on the receipt it says they washed the windshield which they did not. It also says checked wiper blades which they did not. It says they checked the air filter which is marked "ok", even though they attempted to sell me another. It also says they changed the oil filter which they usually ask about, and charge for, and I would have declined if they had asked. I'm guessing they did not change it. I want to be able to trust the people I pay to do the work I pay for. I don't believe that's unreasonable.
