  We have rented from this location multiple times. Most recent was over the holidays doing a big warehouse move and we extended the truck out twice during that period. My favorite thing about Enterprise or at least this location m Olathe is they answer the phone! The actual location, not just corp customer service. I have communicated with a few of the gentlemen in this office as well as the Enterprise car rental in lenexa/op area and everyone has been beyond nice and helpful. Jake, Julian and another gentlemen who I'm blanking on the name just recently helped me with the most recent rental - great customer service! They were helpful and even when I questioned something I didn't understand they we're patient and supportive. We will be continuing to utilize this location due to the great customer service, reliable vehicles and company support. Which is Worlds Beyond better than other common rental companies that only off-site customer service answers the phone but can't answer your actual question and their vehicles are never available when they say they will be, or even at all.

  Cheaper than I thought for a truck rental and the pick-up/drop-off was super easy Shout out to Olivia for helping me finish up the drop off process
