They called on Wednesday morning to tell me that they did not have a car for me. They suggested I check with other enterprise locations. I called their corporate customer service to complain. They told me just to call back to the original location every 30 minutes to see if they had found another car for me. Well, it's Thursday now and I have not heard a thing.
