I left it at Gerber collision and I accidentally forgot a pair of shoes in the trunk. I called Saturday I couldn’t get of hold of them. Then I called them on Sunday I explained me what happened they told me the car hasn’t been picked up from Gerber and they would be looking for them after they pick the car up. I go to enterprise to see if they have found them and nothing. It’s just upsetting seeing a nice pair of shoes disappear out of nowhere. Update: They found the shoes after the Car was returned. They said since the shoes were all black they must of missed them.

I think I had 2 min to spare but they still were able to take me home. I’d forgotten to call a day ahead to let them know I was going to be coming back from my trip early but they still made it work and had a good attitude about it despite having to stay past closing, for which I felt awful. I’m so grateful to Mace, Aidan, Dee, and Ryan, who were all very helpful in making my rental a pleasant experience.
