I told him what I needed, he went out to my car, checked the brake light. We went inside. He got the bulb I needed and walked out to my car and proceeded to install it. Mind you it was 38° outside. I would recommend the store to anyone with Issues on their car. James was considerate, extremely knowledgeable, went way beyond to help me out. Thank you, James, I will always go back to AutoZone for my car issues. Nancy B
