  The guy with the beard was helpful but condescending and rude. If you are the expert, you don’t make people feel bad if they didn’t know the part works or not. I will be returning all the items I purchased $500) plus because I don’t want this project to be based on a grumpy employee, not to mention I saved $145 buying them online.

  I went to get my car battery tested. And it was bad as I suspected, and they offered to jump me so I could go somewhere else or replace it right then. I chose to have them replace it. It took five minutes.They were so helpful and probably the most efficient car replacement service I hace ever had! Thank you!

  Whoever answered the phone on 2/4/2026, was completely rude and I won't bother coming back. They need to learn customer service skills. Corporate better get a grip, before someone gets a grip on his neck.

  Went to get a new battery because I had a warranty and the guy was mad as if I was wasting his time, told me nothing was wrong with my battery and because of that I gave him the benefit of the doubt! Well my battery was not good after going to another autozone if he didn’t want to give me a battery for which I had a warranty and being mad at me for asking is not good customer service or maybe it’s because I was black don’t wanna play the race card but I think he needs help and this was in front of my child

  Just went to buy some part, very disrespectful people works today, when I found part I need, I came to the desk to pay, two guys were walking right infront of me, acting like I'm not there, minding their own business, no greeting, no can I help you, the one who wears glasses said give me a minute after I said hello. Wow this people are something.
