  Fast and good service. The team at Burnett was able to properly identify the problem and fix it promptly. Thank you! Front line customer service can be a little better by greeting customers that enter the store just as promptly….thanks for fixing my car!

  They made us wait more than an hour to get started in the car, we had an appointment. They quoted us $2,000+ to get new shocks… we got the work done somewhere else around 300.

  The service I got deserves a five star review. I had a bad valve stem on a tire. I was using my little doughnut spare tire. I dropped my car off in the morning. I got my car back a few hours later. My tire was fixed and put back on my car They explained what they did and what happened to my old valve stem. They also put everything back in its place. The jack and the spare tire. Everything back in it’s correct place and screwed down safely This wasn’t easy because my subwoofer sits on top. But everything was back in its place just right. They took care of everything. They even put new valve stem caps on the spare and on the tire that they worked on. I appreciate that cause some places don’t. With my Garmin discount everything came in under $30. What a great price. They put air in every tire and a week later, all tires are still holding air. No problems whatsoever. Definitely worth a five star review. Thank you!

  I took my car in for brake assessment. The gentleman who greeted and checked my car in was wonderful. He was clear with what would be done, assured me they would contact me to discussed the quote before doing any work. I very much appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to get the repairs done. The quote was super clear and thorough so I could see everything they suggested and prices for each step. I will definitely be back for my next repairs!
