  I rely on Goodyear for all my services and they do a fantastic job, Abraham at the deck was very helpful and friendly, I will continue to come to this place for all my services

  I stopped in this morning because my tires were making a banging noise. The older man at the counter was extremely rude!! He was doing nothing but standing there and said he would be with me shortly. The he said they couldn't get to until the afternoon and I asked if it was safe to drive it back. His answer was very curt " I can't answer that" Then why ask me to bring it back in the afternoon. I will never go back to this location again. There is no reason to be so rude and dismissive in his tone and his remarks. Very very poor customer service.

  I went out to discover my tire was flat one mid-afternoon last week when I had an important appointment the next day. I drove very carefully to the service station to get air to make it to the Goodyear near me. The wonderful, timely service I received from Abraham who welcomed me at the desk and the men in the back who replaced and balanced my two really old tires was much appreciated. This is just representative of the treatment I have always gotten there; however, Abraham seemed to go the extra mile in friendliness and helpfulness. His boss was equally proud of him!

  Not sure what to say. It went quick but I drive my car a lot. At least 200 miles a day. I was going to call and say something but it’s pointless. My car was never this loud. I went in for an oil change and now my wheel bearing sound really rough. Making loud rough rotation that I would never hear before. I wouldn’t doubt it if eventually my wheel bearing will need to be replaced. Just such that it happens immediately that I get my car back. Could be a coincidence but again, I wouldn’t say anything if I didn’t notice and unfortunately there is nothing that o can do but deal with it.

  Another positive experience here. Stopped in after lunch and they had me back on the road. Chris and the team will take care of you. Looking forward to continued business with these guys.
