I’ve had it with the poor coffee situation and always broke down or off or stickers tagging them as unavailable! No wonder Buckies is on the way!!! Shame on you QT. Former Fan!!!
- DDdenzeldon2007Aug 20, 20253.0Not sure how to rate what I'm about to say on a 1-5 scale, so I'll do a 3. Previously I've expressed concerns regarding the quality of the Columbian coffee dispenser. Almost everyday I stop at 3 different QT locations for coffee. The coffee at my last stop before going to work at 12355 95th Street, Lenexa, KS, has the worst Columbian coffee. It is not rich. It's almost like brown crayons melted in hot water. I've expressed my concerns to whom I guess are folks in management and I've been told the technician needs to make the necessary adjustments. Well...this has been happening for at least 3 weeks and the Columbian coffee that dispenses from both machines is still weak. Well, the other day, August 19, 2025, to be exact I was conversing with Mallory K regarding the situation of which I've done before with her. I explained that I stop at 2 other QT locations prior to this one, but the Columbian coffee at this particular location is weak. I actually told her I stopped at Casey's prior because their Columbian brew is rich. However, she responded with a very nonchalant attitude and said "Looks like Casey's it is." I was a little taken back because that typically hasn't been the type of customer service I've previously received at QT. Not quite sure why she endorse a competitor's coffee, but I've on this earth long enough to have a hunch why she responded to me in that manner. Trust me when I say that I won't be frequenting the QT location at 12355 95th Street, Lenexa, KS anymore.
