For me, they at first had to navigate a software program that wouldn't acknowledge my Goodyear CC, then interact with Goodyear customer service on my behalf to straighten it out. They determined that it would be in my best interest to open a new account, making sure that the old one was closed! Mr. Jim went so far as to fill out the paper rebate form and then helped me with the one that had to be done on my phone. The front desk people should be prized and they and the auto technicians should be given an increase in salary for all the intense work they put in. Then double that for their customer service!! (In both areas)
