When I walked in there were a couple of people being helped, and I actually enjoyed that they seemed to be regulars and appreciated working on their car and talking about it. After a while, one of the employees grabbed the battery tester and headed outside. Overall very cold and unfriendly. Acted like it wasn’t worth his time even though I would have bought a battery from them if needed. Either because of my setup or his machine he couldn’t get a reading on my battery and more or less threw his hands up and said go to the dealer. If he would have taken more time to get a good reading on my car (helped to remove the terminal covers) they likely would have sold an extra battery yesterday. Will not be back.

We arrived right before closing with a completely dead battery and were in a tough spot — stranded with our baby and nowhere to go. Joe went way above and beyond to help us. Even though he didn’t have to, he graciously stayed late and replaced the battery for us, making sure we were safe and able to get home. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help in a stressful moment meant more to us than he probably realizes. Customer service like this is rare. I would highly recommend Advanced Auto and can’t thank Joe enough for taking care of us when we needed it most. Thank you again!
