RENT ELSEWHERE!! I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and have more than 6 rentals in my history. They have always treated me fairly until now. I rented a car because I need to pay for repairs on my car. I feel like when you are at your most vulnerable that is when people will financially r you because you have no other options. I reserved a Toyota Tacoma for 4 days for $276.49 with 15% off. When I got there they did not have a pickup. They wanted to give me a Corolla. They had a Jeep and I told them I would like to have that. They said that will be more per day! That was error number 1. Why am I paying more for a car I don’t even like. So I got the Jeep. As I was checking out they said I would get $335 back not just $300 Fast forward 4 days. I called customer service which is a joke BTW because it’s hard to understand them. I asked how much it would be to extend by 3 more days but with an after hours drop off cuz I wasn’t sure what time I was going to get back from Arkansas. The agent said $127. I said with the 15 percent off right! He said yes. Mind you I would not have done it if it was anymore than that. I still have costly repairs I have to make with my car. So altogether it was suppose to be $403.49 minus the 15% and plus the $300 off for all 7 days (which is still high in my opinion because you an rent a car for a week for $249 on their website). I have rented cars from them for more than 7 days for less than that. The first 4 days I was on vacation and they took out $611 and some change due to the $300 deposit and then on top of that they charged me $187 instead of $127 so since they tool all that money I couldn’t do what I wanted to do because half my money went to Enterprise. I dropped the rent car off this morning around 3am and they charged me for another day! Not to mention that it showed I was suppose to be back by 2pm! The customer service agent put it in wrong, and then charged me wrong. Then I see that I am not getting the $335 back that they promised. They also said I had the 15% off just for those 3 days. If I had know I wouldn’t be getting the 15% discount, I wouldn’t have extended it. I have been crying all day, I am having a panic attack, I have no car, and now barely any money. I feeling like I am being charged double just cuz I am a minority and I am a woman that doesn’t know any better. Sick of being treated like this. They lost a long time loyal customer today. I am so upset.

I will never rent a car from Enterprise again! Each store has different rental policies but they're not independent stores. If you have an out of state license and you don't use credit cards, don't bother going to this place.

Xavier Wolf called me a nasty derogatory name. He was upset he had to work and took it out on me and my daughter. For a so called black man to call another black woman out of her name is beyond ridiculous and very degrading. I wonder what he thinks about his own mother. He did everything that a supposed to be manager wouldn’t have done. He was very rude and disrespectful in front of my son who has special needs. I will be taking this to corporate. If they don’t do anything. I will seek further action. Because how he acted was pathetic and shameful.

I have had a hard time finding an enterprise that I trust; and finally I found a great employee at a cool location. Fred helped me 100% and I cannot recommend him enough. I would personally hire Fred to work with me given the opportunity. He is a star employee and deserves 5 stars! Thank you!
