    I recently rented a car from here and had a great experience picking up and dropping off my car while my car was in the shop. The staff were great about working with the insurance company of the person who rear-ended me so I had one less thing to worry about. They even came to pick me up at the shop and drop me back off when my car was finished getting repaired. One employee made sure to turn the car on and do a walk around before I left the lot. Other than some basic wear and tear, I did have an issue with the hood not wanting to latch, but they helped me get that figured out. Tips: - Take photos/video of the interior and exterior of the vehicle before you drive off the lot so you can cover yourself in case of any undocumented damage. - If you need a smaller car, I would recommend requesting it a couple weeks ahead of time as they tend to be rented out on Mondays for business purposes. - May have to have some extra patience during peak hours, but they try to help everyone in a timely manner.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I rented a 2025 Camry, and after a few weeks the headlight started flickering. I immediately reported the issue and returned the car, and their team confirmed everything was fine at that time. A couple of months later, I was suddenly blamed and charged for the same issue, saying the headlight was broken inside the fender. When I spoke with the store manager, he said it was my issue — but how can a customer possibly check or know about damage inside the fender or under the bonnet? I’ve always taken good care of every rental, so being blamed for something like this feels very unfair.

    A few weeks ago, I had to drive to Texas for a work trip. I had to rent a car on the weekend, and this was one of the only places that would allow me to rent a car with unlimited miles on Saturday and return it in the evening on the following Wednesday. I called them and explained how I was driving all weekend with my tall coworker, and they allowed me to switch to small SUV for my rental at no extra charge. I came to rent the car Saturday, and perhaps I am just used to renting cars at the airport, but these people did not seem to hate their jobs nearly as much as the poor overworked employees at airports. The line moved fast. Everyone, including me, received personal service. I was shown my car personally right away after not waiting at all. Josiah and his team were impressive. If you are looking for a hassle-free place to rent a car instead of putting highway miles on your own, this is the place in KC.

    I rented a car from this location back in August, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The car they brought out to me had a large dent in the roof and looked like it had been in an accident. I immediately took time-stamped photos and had the employee note all the dents and scratches before leaving. I drove straight to the airport, about five hours away, assuming everything was properly documented. Later, I discovered none of the existing damage had been logged in my rental file. When I called the branch manager, Xavier Wolf, he apologized for the mistake, confirmed it was noted, and refunded my deposit. I thought the issue was resolved. Two months later, I received a damage claim for $3,115 from their Damage Recovery Unit for the very same dent I had reported at pickup. I’ve emailed both the manager and the recovery service multiple times, providing my photos as proof the damage was pre-existing—no response from the branch manager. This has been an incredibly stressful situation. Be very cautious renting from this location. Always request a different vehicle if you see any damage, and make sure you get written confirmation that it’s recorded in your contract before driving off.
