They are closed on New Years Day, so January 2nd I will go to Enterprise and see the Branch Manager (who, in past reviews) is incompetent at best. Should be a great way to start 2026.

Per the pictures on your website I rented a sleek looking modern 15 passenger van and when I got there, He wanted to give me what looked like a 20 year old White work van with blue bench seats. When I expressed my unhappiness since there was a nice looking one right next to it , the manager continued to belittle me and then standing in the parking lot, hetold me he was not going to do business with me because my reservation was only made only one hour in advance. I said that I was going to report this issue To which he said “have the authority to make this decision”. So Rude, I just wanted what the picture showed!!

They got me a comparable car to drive and customer service throughout was beyond EXCELLENT! Staff was wonderful!!

However, this Enterprise location could not have made things easier for us! Everyone was nice, but I especially want to thank Turner who went out of his way to help me and dealing with such a nightmare situation! I would definitely recommend this particular enterprise location to anyone looking to rent a car for any reason :)

Initially, we had a small issue with the car we initially got, a Honda Accord, which reeked of THC and had cigarette burns in the seats. I work in a hospital, I absolutely cannot come into work smelling like that. We called and explained the situation, and they provided us with a much nicer Volkswagen Jetta, which I liked a lot. The crew there was very nice, and I appreciate their follow-up, even though I missed Travis's call today.
