I don't know how many extra hands you hired for this but you scared the begeezus out of my daughter lol. So mant different costumes, the gentle tapping on the windows, all the details to scare even adults. If you want your car washed and to scare the crap out of someone go to Tommy's at 7-730 pm when the sun is down. Your business went the extra mile and I love it.

I went through the car wash one evening mind you I have a 2023 that just went through the shop all tires are checked at 35 lbs of pressure. By the time I leave the tunnel and park at the vacuums my tire pressure sensor goes off and I’m at 22 lbs of pressure, I sit there for a minute and I’m at 20 lbs. At that moment I realized my tire had been punctured in the car wash. I had to race over to Firestone to see if they could patch the tire because I needed my car and I knew if it was stuck in the parking lot they would make me responsible for towing it. I called the car wash and told them what happened, I even came back after the shop to give them paperwork stating it was a fast leak and how much the new tire would cost, as well as fill out an incident report. Since they couldn’t see what punctured my tire on the video which idk how you would ever see that they offered me $20 for the patch even though I told them the patch wasn’t going to last and has a slow leak. I had just gotten the patch until they could figure out how to replace the tire. I went all the way up to the district manager and he refused to help me. Even though he agreed the tire lost too much air too quickly for the puncture to happen outside of the car wash. So if anything happens to your car they will blame you and leave you stuck to fix it. They don’t care about their customers and I will never be returning. Shame on you Tommy’s Car Wash. I will also be telling everyone I know of this experience in hopes they never come to your facility.
