Phil and his team are absolutely the best choice for body work in Manhattan. We have taken a number of vehicles there in the past. Just picked up our 2022 Porsche Macan and their work on our damaged right quarter-panel is pristine. As always, they detailed the exterior of our car as part of their service.

They are super helpful! It was amazing talking with them because I had no prior experience with any body shop and they made the experience very simple!

Frequently Asked Questions About Quality Collision Repair Inc.

What do I do after I get in a wreck?

Your safety is the primary concern after an accident. First, assess for any injuries and move to a secure location. Once you're safe, bring your vehicle to our auto body shop. We'll assist you in filing your insurance claim. Our team works with all major insurance providers. It's important to note that the choice of insurance company is yours. Our goal is to work on your behalf and ensure you receive fair treatment.

What if there is additional work is needed after you tear down the vehicle?

If additional issues are discovered during the teardown process, our standard procedure is as follows: we thoroughly document the newly found problems, revise the repair estimate (referred to as a 'supplement'), and if the repair is covered by insurance, we submit this supplement to the insurance company for their approval.
