We took the car in when they opened and they told us they had a couple others ahead of us, but would be able to get to it the same day. In the early afternoon they sent a text to let us know they could fix the issue and that the brakes also needed attention, which we had suspected. They included an estimate to complete all the work and said they could get the work done the same day. An hour and half later (?), they texted again, saying the work was done. My car no longer makes grinding sounds when turning left and the brake work is definitely noticeable (we didn't realize how bad they really were). Thank you so very much!
